Allatoona Creek Park
Allatoona Creek Park in Cobb County, Georgia, is a 1,450-acre park leased from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, known for its extensive mountain biking trails, hiking paths, and diverse wildlife. It features open fields, forests, wetlands, and creeks, with multi-use trails ranging from beginner to expert, including mountain biking jump lines and a pump track. The park also has a dog park, remote-controlled plane area, and historical artifacts.

Year-round, Allatoona Creek Park is home to common birds such as: Northern Cardinal, Pine Warbler, Red-winged Blackbird, Eastern Towhee, Song Sparrow, Field Sparrow, Chipping Sparrow, American Goldfinch, American Robin, Eastern Bluebird, Brown Thrasher, and Carolina Wren.
Access is restricted during deer hunting season (September-January).
