Chattahoochee Nature Center
The diverse habitats found across CNC's campus support over 100 bird species. Belted Kingfisher and Great Blue Heron are abundant (and seasonally nest along Kingfisher Pond); Bald Eagle, Osprey, waterfowl, swallows, warblers seasonally make their way through the forests and wetlands of the area. The center's Wildlife Walk features several aviaries with non-releasable wildlife: hawk and owl species, as well as Bald Eagles!
